I'll never forget my brother saying, "I've got me tennis racket for the day," as we were driving to Waitotara Primary School, and Mrs Pearce gently replying, "No, Kevin. It's, 'I have my tennis racket to play tennis today.'" It was all part of the wonderful way she taught us.
I was so lucky to experience so many fun places and happy times because Anna was my best friend. Mrs Pearce was such a loving, caring lady that I often wished she was my mum too. Although she wasn't, I feel incredibly fortunate that I got to spend so much time with her—whether it was at school, visiting her parents, or going on so many adventures together.
She played such a special part in my childhood, and I'll always be grateful for everything she taught me and the love she showed me. ❤️
Annie was an absolute treasure. She had me in fits of laughter
She was as quick as lightning. Her personality shone through.
I was so sad when.annie was transferred to rehab area. I visited her there.
When she left our room.pushed along in.the bed she yelled out to me Annie Pearce, ? GREAT North Road. Number in phone book..she was a scream.
Annie will be sadly missed.
One of the characters of this world.
She spoke a lot about her loved Gardner and he visited her when I was there.
Bless Annie. She lit up my life. We in the room had so much fun.together.
With love to your family.
Spending a lot of time at Seafield as a child you became a big sister to me and over many years we have shared with great affection very happy times together.
John joins me when I say you will always be missed.
